| Teams are assigned to Pontoon Boats for an exciting on-the-water "Road Rally"! A short lesson featuring terminology, navigation and crew positions is sent in advance. Orientation provides each team with a resource kit containing compass, lake chart and banner material (the tools for success!). Helmsmen are given instruction as the team makes final preparations for the challenges that lay ahead. Under way, teams must communication effectively and work cohesively to solve challenges and navigate to destinations. Goals are accomplished by correctly answering trivia questions located throughout the course (a delightfully interesting view of Lake Lanier). Points are tallied based on correct answers and creativity with accomplishment awards for all at the finale! 3-4 hour event. 6 members per team. |
