| Our most elegant program features team interaction aboard 30 ft sailing yachts for an invigorating and unique team experience. An informative lesson is sent in advance covering terminology, sailing theory and crew assignments. Dock side orientation reviews terminology and prepares teams for the adventure ahead. Once on board, hands on instruction from our experienced captains enable your staff to function as a team in all of the crew positions. Assignments are rotated as each team faces a series of unique challenges requiring problem solving, successful navigation and sailing skills to reach destinations. Completion of these challenges entitles teams to showcase their accomplishments in "Blackbeards
Regatta", an official sailing race to the finish! Certificates of
Achievement awarded to all participants. Available as:
