Terms & Booking Policies

By booking or participating in a charter with Lord Nelson Charters, you agree to the policies below.

1. Booking Requests

Website submissions are requests, not automatic confirmations. Final confirmation is provided directly by Captain John.

2. Weather & Safety

Safety conditions are determined by the captain. If conditions are unsafe, charters are postponed to the next available date.

3. Wednesday's on the Water Policy

• Wednesday group sail seats are first-come, first-served.
• Sails are confirmed Tuesday at 8:00 PM once the minimum seat threshold is met.
• If weather is unsafe or minimum signup is not reached, seats move to the following Wednesday.
• Postponements only. No refunds.
• Private charters may take scheduling priority on the same date.

4. Pricing

Published prices are subject to confirmation at time of booking. Custom events and large groups may require custom quotes.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Follow all captain and safety instructions while aboard.
• Arrive on time for departure windows.
• Consume alcohol responsibly where allowed.

6. Liability

Participation in water activities involves inherent risks. Guests accept responsibility for participation and must comply with onboard safety guidance.
